Renters Security Credentials

Renters must apply for their own security account, separate from the homeowner's account.   The homeowner received the original security credentials (1 access card, 2 vehicle stickers) for the property. 

All renter's credentials must be paid for at creation of the account.  Each credential, whether sticker or Access Card is $20/credential.  Owners may choose to pay for the credential, but that is between the renter and the homeowner.  In either payment case, the form for Renter Registration must be used.

Information on accessing the account will be provided once the form is completed and the fees are paid via the form's processing action
